Fritters Khao Khud Jaan Jao

Of course if you are Ashish Khanna, you can go to the Forbidden Kingdom, eat snakes from a gridiron & even relish it. But then not everyone is.
Ashish was always different. In a group of teenagers, what set him apart was his quiet. He measured his words, used them only when he had an opinion(& he often did) & would make do with a mysterious smile when most others garbled their way through a discussion that threatened to turn into an argument. There are not many who can kick a football and wield the paint brush with equal élan; choose to get into the family business when his peer were sailing towards foreign shores & then discover that his passion lay in photography & give that as concrete a form as those priceless carpets that have world-wide renown. After all it is all about capturing Beauty, observes the artist, with the wisdom of The Wise.
In a commitment phobic century, Khanna had the gumption to find someone he wanted to spend his life with & hold on to her. As his Muse fills in colour when our photographer turns to his black & white mode and lets him tear the reptile apart as the 'poor vegetarian' savours her chowmein, this is to all the Muses who inspire their other half. A shudh shakahari sweet snack that you can even carry with you if you are travelling to some place where vegetarian food is hard to come by. Banana Fritters have a shelf-life of 2-3 days in moderate climate & more in cold.

5. 1/2 tbsp dry coconut slices
6. 1/2 tsp aniseed(saunf)

                                                                                                                                          Method:
1. Mash the bananas, mix ingredients 1-7 well & let batter sit for 10 mins.

Serve hot or pack it for your journey to an uncharted territory.

If The Man cannot do without his dose of meat, Pua makes a tantalising combo with mutton.

Whatever you do Lady, remember, you are the inspiration, you are his life Force. He can conquer those mountains because you keep the hearth warm. He is because you are.
Once you are done with your Fritters, people, meet Our Ashish where he truly belongs.
