Like love is blind & marriage is the eye opener? When P opened his eyes he saw I was a replica of my mother. He is still reeling under the hangover. Whatever happened to the kewl bindaas girl he knew! Hearing the sound of glass-or-something-fragile breaking inside, I have decided to stay blind. Makes for a happier life, say the wise ones :)


If music be the food of love, play on, said The Dramatist. If food be the music of love, cook on, say I. As P gathers the broken pieces, let me make him some Dimer(Egg) Devil. Nothing like appetizing food to sooth a soul. A devil making Devil makes it doubly devilish.HA HA HA!

Using:
1.Hard Boiled Eggs - 6
2.Boiled Potato-3 large
3.Grated Ginger- 1/2tsp
4. Garam Masala powder- 1tsp
5.Beaten Egg- 1
6.Bread Crumbs- 1cup
7.Red Chilli Powder- as you like it
8.Salt- to taste
9.Oil- to deep fry


How to:                    
1. Mash potato with grated ginger, red chilli powder, salt & garam masala powder.                              
 
2. Cover the boiled eggs with the potato mix.

                                                    











3. Dip in beaten egg & roll in bread crumbs. 

4. Deep fry till golden brown. 
Serve hot with ketchup. It's a special day, give it in a heart :)
